files when the capacity is full, in order to record and save new broadcasts.
If you connect it to the USB port on your PC, it functions as an external HDD,
which means that you can copy/transfer the recorded files to your computer,
or you can also do this to other storage devices. Transferred files can be edited,
stored or re-encoded in your PC

Analog video recording
As composite or S-video input recording is supported, analogue
video saved in video tapes and camcorders can be converted into MPEG2 digital
format. Moreover, it can receive video/audio signals from DVD players, set-top
boxes and satellite receiver, and then record the broadcasts. When recording,
you can select the recording quality, and it also provides Time-shifting function
which allows you to check the recording status.
