Shipping

We will dispatch items within 3 business days after receiving confirmed payment.

All items are shipped from Sydney and deliveries are made Registered Australia Post.

Items will be well packed and therefore we can not accept responsibility for damage during transit. We will however assist you if you need to make a claim.

Alternatively Pick Up is can be arrange from Seven Hills 2147 by appointment with no handling fees.

We currently do not ship to countries outside of Australia

Returns

Most products come with a Manufacturers 12 Month Return to Base warranty unless otherwise stated on the product description page. This means the customer is liable for the cost of returning the product to us and we will cover the frieght to return the item back to the customer

Unless advised otherwise, all warranty claims are the responsibility of the respective Manufacturer. Customers may be required to contact the manufacturers technical support department directly to obtain authorisation to return any suspected defective goods to us.

Please contact us before returning any item and if we are unable to fix it by email/phone we will advise you to return the item. Please ensure that it suitably packaged before returning (preferably in the packaging you received it in.) and sent via Registered Mail

Once we receive the item we will inspect it and either repair, replace or offer a full refund. Should the item be deemed not faulty, a fee of $50 will by payable. This is to cover the costs of inspecting and handling your return. The customer will also be liable for the cost of returning the non-faulty item to them.

Please note the warranty is not transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser. You will be asked to provide purchase details when making a warranty claim. Software bugs that could reasonably be expected to be fixed with an update of the firmware from the manufacturer are not classed as a warranty or refund reason. Codec incompatibility is also not classified as a warranty or refund reason. The Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or accidental damage. We do not cover damage during transit as our items are extremely well packaged and therefore this is unlikely to occur.

Refunds

Please chose your items carefully as we do not normally accept returns for things like change of mind or wrong product choice. Where we agree to accept goods for refund a 15% re-stocking fee will apply. All goods returned must be in its complete and original condition with all accessories. Postage/Freight charges are non refundable.
